COMPREHENSIVE ADVICE & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
We provide global advice for the implementation and management of companies in Uruguay. Through our strategic partners we provide the Uruguayan or foreign companies identified as most suitable and represent and manage them integrally. Additionally, we provide financial advisory services to both companies and owners, advising them on forms of financing and investments, local and abroad through our network of banks and financial institutions.
OUTSOURCING OF FOREIGN TRADE SERVICES & BANKING
Receipt of shipping documents; issuance of the required documents; remittances of documents abroad, etc. We take care of the management of documents with banks and other counterparties and any other activity related to import/export and its form of payment / collection, in such a way that allows the company to operate on a fully outsourced basis, including after-sales customer service. We act as the foreign trade department for companies with limited presence in Uruguay. Including, if necessary, the selection of logistics providers and their management. Our scope includes activities in Free Zones, Free Port and Airport, and Tax Warehouses.

We have developed relationships with banks in various jurisdictions and are able to open corporate and investment accounts for our clients. In addition, linked to the outsourcing of foreign trade we can operate this account on behalf of our clients, allowing them to fully delegate the operation of the bank accounts of their companies.

The outsourcing of banking activities added to the outsourcing of foreign trade activities allows a complete outsourcing of the back and middle office operations of the company, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.

We analyze the financial structure of companies, make recommendations and lead restructuring negotiations if necessary. We analyze and advise individuals and companies about their investments and through our partners we open investment accounts in international banks and provide financial investment advisory services.

For companies with presence in various countries, we can efficiently handle cash flows from the different subsidiaries, optimizing the resources, through the centralization of cash management in a bank at a proper jurisdiction.
TRADE FINANCE
Through our network of financial institutions and private investors, we search and arrange export financing, factoring, export receivables insurance and set up escrow structures.
